Hands-on Fee

*The hands-on workshop is now fully booked, but we’ve opened up registration for our waiting list. In case of cancellations, we’ll offer places on a first come, first served basis.

Methods of Payment

Payments should be made by credit card in the registration system.

Official Invitation

That the official invitation letter will be available to download via the registration system after the registration is made.

Cancellation & Refund

1. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable after payment has been completed, but may be transferred to another participant. Please ensure that all transfer requests are submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat via email(info@18aaad30taad.org) before November 1.
2. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, please submit your refund request via email(info@18aaad30taad.org) to the Congress Secretariat. The request will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and if approved, the refund will be processed within one month after the conference. Please note that a processing fee of NTD 1,000 will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. The organizer will announced separately registration fee refund should the Congress be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as typhoon, volcano eruption, war, or other forms of natural disasters.
